One of the best bike mechanics you will find. I Always straight up with anything he tells you. will not try to sell you something that he thinks will not work for you even if you think it will.
Was looking at Trek bikes at one of the bigger stores in Oshkosh. I called Mike based on recommendations I've heard, and I'm really glad I did. He not only beat the other store's price, but he actually recommended a different bike based on what I wanted to do, which worked out great. He also goes through the trouble of fitting the bike to you and ordering the frame and other components based off of your measurements and riding style, all while still coming in cheaper than the big store that wanted to sell me one off the shelf.
I had a tire replaced here. It was a bit pricey but the true problem was the rudeness of the owner. I didn't complain or even bother doing anything but paying my bill and leaving. I will not return for anything here the treatment is appauling. Oh and he forgot to reconnect the brake which I had to replace because it fell apart due to no tension.
Mike will back everything he sells always full of information to make sure you know what is the best choice for you.
