I've been going to Westside GM for years. Both to purchase new vehicles & for service. They've never let me down. My husband and I purchased 2 GM trucks and 1 car from their very friendly sales team. My daughter recently purchased a car as well. We love the service department. Jeff always explains things very well and treats us honestly and fairly. We also loved Dick, who recently retired. Today Ozzie, who I've known for years, Tom, our wonderful sales associate, and Julia in finance gave me a beautiful experience. I purchased a 2017 Chevy Tahoe. What a beauty!! My husband passed away unexpectedly 2 years ago and this is the first vehicle I have ever purchased alone. It was both a bittersweet and wonderful day. Thank you Westside GM for taking such great care of me and for giving me such a sweet deal!
Always wait over an hour. Was told I had a 24,000 mile/24 maintenance warranty. Get there they tell me it only covers two oil changes... Doesn't make sense if you ask me. Then the guy in service proceeds to tell me "well I didn't sell you the car, so I don't know what to tell you." Terrible customer service.
Fixed my cellphone problem. Jeff went the extra mile to fix my problem. Thanks so much.

How these guys have the rating they have baffles me. Had a car I bought from them checked by them 6 months after purchasing for a knocking in the engine. They supposedly checked all fluids n tested it on their computers and told me after charging 60 bucks for that that they would have to pull the engine apart to find the problem. This would cost around 2000 dollars. Well that was a bit steep for me. Took it down the road to berlin oil and I come to find out the oil was a bit cooked and it need an oil change even though it wasnt due. 50 bucks problem solved. Dont get ripped off. Stay away from these cons. They never checked the oil but it was marked off on the check list they gave me. 60 not fixed by them 50 fixed by berlin oil. Holy F***k. No brainer. Brought to their attention they claimed no fault and refused to refund 60. All I can do is be discusted with this "business" and I use that term loosely.
